There is no live Prodigy online store at this time. Nothing on this site can be bought, so no order-based refund situation currently exists. Sections 4 and 5 below set out the terms that will apply if a store opens — they will be published here in final form before anything goes on sale, not applied retroactively afterwards.
If a confirmed booking — a 1:1 call, appearance, camp or brand engagement — is cancelled from our side and no alternative date works for you, anything you have paid is refunded in full. That includes cancellations caused by season commitments, injury, illness or a boxing fixture. See the Cancellation Policy.
Where you cancel with reasonable notice, amounts paid are refunded or credited to a future date. Notice tiers, deposit treatment and any late-cancellation charge have not been published and must be set before this page goes live. For appearances, agree these in writing in the booking thread.
Prodigy merchandise has historically been sold in person at games rather than online. Should an online store open, these are the terms that will apply:
The specific returns window, who pays return postage on a change of mind, and any restocking charge must all be set by the business before any product is listed.
Items bought at a game or event are sold in person and are handled at the point of sale. Whether in-person purchases can be returned, and how, must be confirmed by the business.
The newsletter is free, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Where any paid digital content is offered in future, it will be non-refundable once accessed unless the file is faulty — and that will be stated at the point of purchase.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the money appears, typically a few business days after we process it.
