This policy covers bookings made with Julian Newman — 1:1 calls, appearances, camps, clinics, media and brand engagements. It does not cover merchandise, because there is no live store; see the Refund Policy for how that will work if one opens.
1:1 calls are booked through the link in bio. To cancel or move one, use the same booking link or message @juliannewman4 on Instagram. The minimum notice period for cancelling a call without charge has not been set and must be confirmed before this page goes live.
Appearances, camps and brand engagements involve travel and scheduling on both sides, and the notice required is usually agreed in the booking correspondence. Get the cancellation terms in writing in the same thread that confirms the date and the fee. Standard notice tiers and any deposit forfeiture have not been published and must be set by the business.
Julian is an active college athlete. Team and season commitments take precedence over commercial bookings, and games, travel and postseason fixtures can be scheduled or moved at short notice. Where that forces a change:

Neither side is at fault where a booking cannot go ahead because of events outside reasonable control — severe weather, travel disruption, venue failure, illness or public-authority restrictions. In those cases we reschedule where possible, or refund amounts paid for the part that did not happen.
If you do not attend a booked 1:1 call and have not told us in advance, the booking is treated as used. If Julian does not attend a confirmed booking without notice, you get a full refund.
