This policy explains what personal information is collected through this site, the link-in-bio page and our booking and enquiry channels, why it is collected, and what happens to it.
We do not ask for, and do not want, financial details, identity documents or any sensitive personal information through this site.
To reply to you, to arrange and deliver bookings, and to send the newsletter to people who asked for it. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information.
Bookings and the newsletter run through the link-in-bio platform, and messages arrive through Instagram and TikTok. Each of those services handles your data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one, and we do not control what they collect.
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. Unsubscribing removes you from the list; it does not delete a booking record we are required to keep.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Where a booking involves a young person — a camp or a clinic, for example — it must be made by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
A specific retention period has not been set and should be confirmed. As a rule, enquiry correspondence is kept while it is live and for a reasonable period afterwards; newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold and limit access to it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser.
